We usually take 2-4 working days (excluding SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) to process and ship your orders from the day of order placed.The courier company takes another 3-7 working days (excluding SATURDAY and SUNDAY). Tracking details are sent via SMS or email as soon as the order is shipped.
Our warehouse works from Monday-Saturday during standard business hours (10am to 6pm).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at with a picture attachment of the incorrect or damaged product and a complete video showing the damaged product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
